Second Annual APTA MN Move & Groove Physical Therapy 5K!Welcome to the second annual APTA MN Move & Groove Physical Therapy 5k! Join us September 15th for a 5K Fun Run at Elm Creek Park Reserve in Maple Grove, MN. There will be themed music water stops along the route and music at the Start / Finish line. Registration PricingAPTA MN Conference Weekend Early-Bird Rate = $35 ($20 for students) (April 15th & 16th) Standard registration = $50 (April 17th - Sept. 14th) Race day registration = $60 (Sept. 15th) Student registration = $25 You must be signed into your APTA MN profile to receive the student pricing. Find a spot at the start line - walkers and participants with strollers, please start towards the back of the group

Brief announcements and reminders before the race.
9:00am - Race Starts!
Enjoy the out-and-back course! We will see you back at the finish line where snacks and water will be available. Visit our sponsor tables and enjoy some finish line music as we wait for everyone to finish. 9:45am - Awards
Participant InformationRegistration includes:
Race t-shirt, water, after race snacks, music and fun!
Course is not chip timed: Volunteers will collect the bib number and manually record the finish time for the top 3 male and female finishers. Prizes will be awarded to these finishers. No other finish times will be collected.
Stroller runners/walkers welcome!
Please start towards the back of the line-up.
No pets: Please, no pets on the course or at the finish line.
Parking:
Parking will start in the Acorn lot. Once this lot is full, we ask that you park in the grassy overflow lot. If both of these lots fill up, parking can also be found at the Beach lot - there are stairs that lead directly up to the Acorn shelter. 
Bathrooms:
The restroom building is located between Acorn and Bluebird picnic areas.
The theme for this race is “Move and Groove”! Prepare for a fun run with themed music at each water stop along the route. Cheer on other runners / walkers at the finish line while grooving to the beat. There will be sponsor tables available to visit as well.
Virtual Race Option: Join us virtually! This is a great option for those who cannot make it day of or live in greater MN! Register as a virtual participant, pick your route, send in a photo of you/your group when you are complete! We will mail your participant shirt shortly after the event. Directions to the Park
Elm Creek Park Reserve is located northwest of Osseo, between Champlin, Dayton and Maple Grove: From County Road 81 exit onto Elm Creek Boulevard and go north to the roundabout and park entrance. To Eastman Nature Center: take County Road 81 to County Rd. 121, turn north and go to Elm Creek Road, turn right and follow the road to the Nature Center.
