Melissa Gill, APTA MN / On-Site Solutions | Melissa Gill DPT, CEO, is the owner of On-Site Solutions Physical Therapy and also serves on the APTA MN Board of Directors as PT Director. Melissa received her undergraduate degree in Business and Marketing from the University of Minnesota-Duluth, in Duluth, MN. After discovering her passion for physical therapy, she went on to earn a Masters in Physical Therapy from the University of Mary, in Bismarck, ND in 1998. She later returned to school to complete a Doctorate in Physical Therapy in 2009 from St. Catherine University in St. Paul, MN. Over the years, Melissa gained experience in a variety of settings, with orthopedics as her primary area of focus. Within orthopedics, she has concentrated her practice on work-related injuries and helping injured workers return to their jobs. In 2008, Melissa opened her own practice to provide on-site physical therapy, injury prevention strategies, and wellness education directly at the worksite. She particularly passionate about assisting the segment of the population that tends to overlook their health issues until they become more serious. Outside of work, Melissa is married with four kids, and enjoys spending her free time running and training for local 10K to half marathon races. She is also a member of the APTA, APTA PPS, the Northwest Chapter of the ASSP, and the National ASSP Ergonomics Section. | 
Melissa Conway, LICSW | Melissa Conway, LICSW, is the Senior Director of Clinical Education, Community Engagement, and Culture at Minnesota Mental Health Clinics. She brings extensive experience across the mental health continuum, having supported individuals, families, and groups in settings ranging from emergency departments and residential treatment to in-home therapy and outpatient programming. In her leadership role, Melissa oversees clinician development, referral partnerships, and culture initiatives that promote meaningful connection, professional growth, and sustainable well-being. She also continues to provide outpatient therapy, specializing in crisis intervention and solution-focused approaches.
Melissa is a thoughtful and engaging speaker who presents on topics such as suicide prevention, workplace resilience, women’s health, and mental health in healthcare. She serves as Co-Chair of the Minnesota Holistic Medicine Group and as a member of the Ethics Committee for the Minnesota Chapter of the National Association of Social Workers. Her work reflects a deep commitment to clinical integrity, cross-disciplinary collaboration, and improving the experience of care for both clients and providers. | 
Hayden Middleton, DMSc, PA-C
| Hayden Middleton, DMSc, PA-C is a Family Medicine PA, educator, and researcher who currently works for M Health Fairview in St. Paul, Minnesota and also serves as adjunct faculty in the Doctor of Medical Science Program at Augsburg University where he teaches research. He has a special clinical and research interest in dermoscopy, dermatology, procedural medicine, and LGBTQIA+ medicine. He has presented both CME and his research at the local, state, national, and international conferences. He is a previous AAPA-PAEA Research Fellow and has published in multiple peer-reviewed journals over his career. Additionally, he recently won the Journal of Dermatology for PAs’ “Most Impactful Article of the Year” award in 2024. He also serves as the President and DEI Committee co-chair for the Minnesota Academy of PAs. Outside of medicine, he enjoys spending time with his husband, Michael, and cats - Lila, Sasha, and Meghan. | 
Dr. Regina Landrus PT, DPT | Dr. Regina Landrus PT, DPT has 28 years of experience as a physical therapist. She obtained her master’s in physical therapy in 1996 and then her Doctor of Physical Therapy in 2009, both from the College of St. Scholastica in Duluth, Minnesota. Regina works in Southwest Minnesota for Big Stone Therapies for the past 18 years and is the pain specialist for the company. Here, she treats a variety of patients from birth to advanced age, in multiple settings including out-patient, hospital, home health and long-term care. Regina completed the following certifications: Therapeutic Pain Specialist (TPS) in 2017, Fellowship in Pain Science in May 2021, Advanced Musculoskeletal Management of the Pelvic Girdle in 2023, and Certified Trauma Professional in 2024. She also has training in psychology first aid. She has been involved with the middle school research projects with Dr. Louw and his team. Currently Dr. Landrus serves as the program administrator for EIM’s behavioral health and lifestyle medicine certification programs, the program director of advanced practice certification, and is an instructor in their pain science courses. | 
Jill Lawrence, APTA MN/TRIA | Dr. Jill Lawrence graduated from Des Moines University in 1999. She holds extensive post-professional training in spine, pelvic health, and persistent pain. Jill completed her Therapeutic Pain Specialist (TPS) Certification in 2016 followed by her Post Professional Doctor of Physical Therapy (DPT) in 2018, each with Evidence in Motion. Jill holds a Certificate of Achievement in Pelvic Physical Therapy from the American Physical Therapy Association (APTA) and is an active member of the American Physical Therapy Association (APTA). Her clinical experience includes orthopedics, pelvic health, and persistent pain in the outpatient practice setting in the Twin Cities of Minnesota. Jill has taught in the Pain Science Division of EIM since 2019 and continues to feel passionate and motivated by her professional ability to partner with those on a journey towards wellness and recovery. | Erin Gonzalez, MS, RDN, LD, CEDS
| Erin Gonzalez, MS, RDN, LD, CEDS, brings over 17 years of experience as an outpatient dietitian specializing in eating disorders. As an Assistant Professor of Nutrition at Minnesota State University, Mankato, Erin is passionate about blending evidence-based practice with compassionate care to foster healing and resilience. Her teaching and outreach focus on bridging the gap between research and real-world application—equipping both emerging dietitians and seasoned healthcare professionals with the tools to better support individuals struggling with disordered eating. Whether in the classroom or through professional training, Erin’s goal is to inspire understanding, connection, and meaningful change in the way we approach nutrition and recovery.

Aimee Tritt, MS, RD, LD, Registered Dietician | Aimee Tritt, MS, RD, LD is a Clinical Assistant Professor at the University of Minnesota and a practicing dietitian at Cedar Hill Therapy. As both an instructor and a clinician, Aimee offers her students a nuanced perspective on current issues in nutrition counseling and clinical practice. In her practice, she combines concepts of intuitive and mindful eating, food as nourishment for both physical and mental health, and body appreciation and respect to help her clients overcome a troubled relationship with food. Her expertise in motivational interviewing, weight management, child and adolescent nutrition, and disordered eating have made her a valued member of the Department of Food Science and Nutrition’s Dietetics Steering Committee, as well as a lead course developer for the new MPS program in Dietetics. Aimee received her MS in Nutrition Science from the University of Minnesota, completed her dietetic internship at Hennepin Healthcare and The Emily Program, and previously practiced at Gillette Children's Specialty Healthcare in St. Paul, MN. She is passionate about modernizing curriculum, incorporating technology in the classroom, and engaging students with real-world examples of how food and nutrition can impact people’s lives. When she isn't teaching or seeing clients, she can be found in the kitchen with her husband and two fluffy cats. | 
Julie Shannon Williams, Yoga Therapist | Julie Shannon Williams has been an educator in many capacities for more than 25 years. She earned a master’s degree in education from the University of Minnesota. Julie is a certified yoga therapist (C-IAYT) and a Pain Care Aware Lead Trainer. She is the owner and founder of Santosha Yoga Therapy LLC where she primarily works with people in areas such as: chronic pain, autoimmune diseases, functional yoga therapy (anatomy & joint health), and mental health. She strives to see the individual using a whole person approach incorporating a biopsychosocial & spiritual model. She has enjoyed working in the medical industry at Health Partners Neuroscience Center and TRIA Orthopedic Center in MN, and decided to leave these locations to shift her sights to incorporate a more authentic, holistic, and open approach to her services. She is an educator at heart and knows that her dharma is supporting those on a healing path through: courses, classes, workshops, trainings, conferences, and retreats in various locations.
Julie thrives best when supporting others on their healing path and journey, whether it be through private sessions, group community settings, or in exotic lands…she’s your go to when seeking a supportive, compassionate guide, and the space to show up authentically as you are.

Molly Peterson, NAMI | Molly Peterson is the Director of Adult Programs at the National Alliance on Mental Illness (NAMI) Minnesota. She and her team of educators deliver programs for adults living with mental illnesses as well as the families and professionals who care for them. These programs span community and workplace mental health, suicide prevention, intervention, and postvention, and more than 60 peer support groups. Last year, NAMI Minnesota reached nearly 50,000 people through its programs. Molly holds Bachelor of Science and Master of Public Health degrees, and she is a certified health educator. She has spent the past decade in the public health sector conducting community health research, epidemiology, and health programming. Before her current role, she served as an epidemiologist with the Minnesota Department of Health. She has lived experience with mental illnesses and is passionate about engaging communities in high-quality programs that improve health outcomes. | 
Katie Bjornson Chief Operating Officer WeCare Non-Profit | Katie Bjornson -As Chief Operating Officer at WeCare, a mission-driven nonprofit dedicated to giving back to healthcare professionals who give so much to us, Katie brings over 15 years of leadership in healthcare systems. Her career spans clinical operations, exercise specialization, and patient-centered care—anchored in a relentless drive to challenge the status quo. At WeCare, Katie oversees strategic operations, cross-functional teams, and impact-driven programs that reflect their core values of compassion, innovation, and inclusivity. Her work is grounded in the belief that sustainable change happens when we prioritize both patient outcomes and the well-being of those who care for them. Outside the office, Katie finds balance and inspiration through the outdoors, exploring life’s adventures with her husband and two kids. Whether it’s hiking a new trail or trying something unexpected, she believes that curiosity fuels resilience—both in life and in leadership. Katie is always eager to collaborate with individuals and organizations working toward a healthier, more equitable future for all. | 
Natalie Vasilj, MPH - Department of Public Health | Natalie Vasilj, MPH, is the Community Health Improvement Plan (CHIP) Coordinator at Dakota County Public Health with nearly ten years of experience in public l health. She leads collaborative efforts to improve community health with a strong emphasis on mental health and trauma-responsive systems. Natalie works closely with partners across healthcare, education, and social services to build sustainable strategies that promote community resilience and well-being. She is passionate about strengthening public health’s role in the larger mental health landscape. | Angela R. Fields
| Angela R. Fields is the Founder and Director of CHW Concepts. Ms. Fields is an Executive Community Health Worker with over 30 years of experience in healthcare, mental health, and community-based work. A recognized leader in CHW workforce development, Angela has designed and led culturally responsive programs focused on addiction treatment, harm reduction, and health equity. She authored the revised Minnesota CHW Mental Health Curriculum and has held leadership roles supporting CHWs statewide through education, advocacy, and policy engagement. Her work centers on building sustainable, community-driven solutions to improve access and outcomes for underserved populations. |
