Purpose & Mission 

The APTA Minnesota (APTA MN) Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion (DEI) Committee is committed to continuously and actively promoting diversity, equity, inclusion, and justice within APTA MN, physical therapy education, clinical practice and research, and the communities we serve.  The APTA is committed to being an anti-racist organization and we believe that APTA MN and its members, collectively and individually, “have an obligation to address policies and practices that perpetuate systemic racism and inequity in our association, the profession, and society." 

Goals & Strategic Plan

We have spent the last year as a new committee forming a strategic plan to guide objectives and actions toward developing a more diverse, inclusive, equitable and anti-racist organization and physical therapy community in Minnesota.
